ListingGuard AI is a software tool designed to assist e-commerce sellers in identifying potential compliance risks within their product listings. The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to analyze text against known platform policies and trademark databases.

2. No Guarantee of Compliance

While we strive for accuracy, platform policies (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and intellectual property laws are complex and subject to frequent change. ListingGuard AI cannot guarantee that a listing identified as "Safe" or "Low Risk" will not be flagged, suppressed, or penalized by e-commerce platforms or subject to legal action.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LISTINGGUARD AI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits or revenue;
Account suspension, banning, or limitation;
Listing suppression or removal;
Legal fees or settlement costs;

arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. You assume full responsibility for the final content published on any platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to review all suggestions provided by the Service independently. You acknowledge that you are the sole author and publisher of your content and bear full liability for its compliance with applicable laws and platform terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, interface, and branding, is the exclusive property of ListingGuard AI. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
